The recommended daily dose is 2–8 capsules. It is recommended to administer chitosan with food. For detox, it is recommended to take 4 capsules a day within at least 2 weeks (ideally at least a month). Drink a half glass of water per each capsule! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
It is recommended to leave at least 2 hours between taking chitosan and other food supplements or medicines (including birth control pills). Otherwise their effect may be reduced by chitosan. It is not recommended to administer chitosan together with warfarin. Consult your doctor before using the food supplement simultaneously with other medicines. The food supplement is not suitable for children or pregnant women.
Administration of large quantities of chitosan (6 grams or more) may cause side effects. The most common side effects are constipation, bloating and stomach ache, which are all normal effects of the removal of concentrated residues. Since chitosan binds fats, the absorption of fat soluble vitamins and minerals is disturbed. At the same time, no lack of vitamins and minerals is not observed during the two and four-week detox series.
To use chitosan on skin, open the capsule and sprinkle chitosan on the wound (if the wound is dry, moisten it with water first), so that the wound would be completely covered with the powder. Wait for some time for the powder to achieve adhesion with the wound. Then remove the loose powder. After exposure to water, apply a new amount of powder on the skin.
Contains allergen chitin.
The food supplement should not be used as a replacement for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and to practice a healthy lifestyle!
Keep in a dry, cool place and out of reach of children.
