Coenzyme Q10 can be found in the majority of organisms – from bacteria to mammals. The most ubiquinone-rich organ is the heart, which needs the most energy for its proper functioning. The use of Q10 youth complex ensures good well-being and supports vitality.
The synthesis of Q10 starts decreasing in the body from the age of 25. From our daily food intake, we usually obtain between 10-20mg ubiquinone; however, we ideally need between 30-60mg.
The symptoms of a lack of coenzyme Q10 are fatigue, weakness, and a reduced tolerance for exercise. If the synthesis of Q10 is insufficient or is hindered for some reason, then the production of energy in the body is reduced – the muscles become tired more quickly, the performance of the heart and the formation of antibodies are reduced, and the efficiency of the functioning of nerve cells deteriorates.

Coenzyme Q10 should not be administered together with Warfarin, since it reduces the effect of the Warfarin. Q10 may also reduce the effect of some antidepressants. If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before taking the food supplement.

The functions of coenzyme Q10 in the body are as follows:
